About Ephi Lu, MS, Dip CN

Ephi Lu is the Executive Director of The Center for Nutritional Psychology (CNP), a Non-Profit Educational Organization dedicated to developing a field of study that examines the connection between diet and our psychological, behavioral, cognitive, perceptual, internal, and psychosocial experience. Ephi has been developing continuing education courses for mental health and allied health professionals in Nutritional Psychology since 2008. Her center has recently consolidated nearly 3,000 current studies informing our understanding of how diet affects psychological functioning and mental health. CNP is developing a next-generation curriculum that can lay the groundwork for mental health and allied health professionals of the future to incorporate an understanding of the role that diet is playing in all aspects of our mental health and wellness.

This Masterclass Is Hosted By Joe Booth

Joe Booth is the Former Founder of Class Five Mind (acquired by Oberit in 2022) and currently serves as Practice Director of Become. Joe is also the author of From the River: A Guidebook to Sobriety from a Lifetime of Lessons Paddling. Joe holds a BA in Psychology and has spent the past 20 years studying the fields of motivation, adult learning, peak performance, and behavioral psychology. He combined the knowledge from these subjects to reconstruct himself from living out of his truck, into a top performer with billion-dollar software companies in Silicon Valley.

Through his own journey of finding a balanced life free from addiction, Joe has gained insight into the many challenges busy professionals face to live a healthy life and maintain sobriety.
