About Kevin Griffin
Kevin Griffin is a Buddhist teacher and leader in the mindful recovery movement. Best known for his 2004 book "One Breath at a Time: Buddhism and the Twelve Steps," he teaches nationally in Buddhist centers, treatment centers, professional conferences and academic settings. He has worked as a consultant on NIH studies of mindfulness and taught meditation in prisons and homeless shelters. He has been practicing Buddhist meditation for three decades and been in recovery since 1985.

This Masterclass Is Hosted By Joe Booth
Joe Booth is the Former Founder of Class Five Mind (acquired by Oberit in 2022) and currently serves as Practice Director of Become. Joe is also the author of From the River: A Guidebook to Sobriety from a Lifetime of Lessons Paddling. Joe holds a BA in Psychology and has spent the past 20 years studying the fields of motivation, adult learning, peak performance, and behavioral psychology. He combined the knowledge from these subjects to reconstruct himself from living out of his truck, into a top performer with billion-dollar software companies in Silicon Valley.
Through his own journey of finding a balanced life free from addiction, Joe has gained insight into the many challenges busy professionals face to live a healthy life and maintain sobriety.
