About Deb Coats

Deb Coats is an Intuitive Creative Yoga Wellness Guide with 15 years of well-rooted experience. She is certified in the Bridge to Recovery Program- working with pain, trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges. Deb has spent 15 as a Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Reiki Master, and Meditation & Mindfulness Breathing Guide, sharing her knowledge with audiences in studios, schools, corporate boardrooms, private groups, and leading retreats. Deb Coats believes there is a meditation and yoga practice for everyone.

This Masterclass Is Hosted By Joe Booth

Joe Booth is the Former Founder of Class Five Mind (acquired by Oberit in 2022) and currently serves as Practice Director of Become. Joe is also author of From the River: A Guidebook to Sobriety from a Lifetime of Lessons Paddling. Joe holds a BA in Psychology and has spent the past 20 years studying the fields of motivation, adult learning, peak performance, and behavioral psychology. He combined the knowledge from these subjects to reconstruct himself from living out of his truck, into a top performer with billion-dollar software companies in Silicon Valley.

Through his own journey of finding a balanced life free from addiction, Joe has gained insight into the many challenges busy professionals face to live a healthy life and maintain sobriety.
