About Kim Roberts PhD

Kim Roberts PhD is a board-certified Psychologist and professor of Neuroscience at California State University, Sacramento. For over two decades, her primary research area has focused on the relationship between exercise and brain function, memory, cognitive decline, and neuroplasticity. Dr. Roberts also lectures on the subject of drug and alcohol abuse among adults.

Joe Booth is the Former Founder of Class Five Mind (acquired by Oberit in 2022) and currently serves as Practice Director of Become. Joe is also the author of From the River: A Guidebook to Sobriety from a Lifetime of Lessons Paddling. Joe holds a BA in Psychology and has spent the past 20 years studying the fields of motivation, adult learning, peak performance, and behavioral psychology. He combined the knowledge from these subjects to reconstruct himself from living out of his truck, into a top performer with billion-dollar software companies in Silicon Valley.
